The most important rule is to enjoy the tournament as much as possible and not to interfere with the enjoyment of other participants. In any situation behave with dignity. This applies to the fans as well. If there are players in your team who constantly find conflicts on the ice, behave aggressively and disrespectfully towards others – we kindly ask you not to nominate such players!
Rules
There are 8 teams participating in the tournament.
Only amateur players over 18 years of age can participate. PLAYERS FROM THE TOP HOCKEY LEAGUES ARE NOT ALLOWED !
Recommended number of players per team 9 – 12 players + 1 or 2 goalkeepers. We do not recommend registering less than 9 players!

The tournament is held in two groups of 4 teams. All 4 teams play each other according to the standings. Then follow the games for places. Teams, who took 1 – 2 places in their groups, continue to play for 1 – 4 places in the tournament. Teams, who took 3 – 4 places in their groups, continue to play for 5 – 8 places in the tournament. Then there will be games for 1 – 2 places, for 3 – 4 places, for 5 – 6 places, for 7 – 8 places. Each team will play 5 games.
The duration of the game is one period. The duration of one period is 21 minutes.
The tournament is played a 3 vs 3 in zone. Change of shifts takes place on the whistle every 60 seconds. Three seconds before the change (at 57 seconds) the first warning whistle is blown.
After the second signal to change, players must leave the puck and go to their bench to change. The game continues with the same puck used by the players from the previous shift.
You can only enter the playing area in a certain place (marked on the ice). You can leave the playing area anywhere (except for the opponent’s change zone).
Do not put your foot on the ice before the second whistle has sounded! Players who were on the field cannot touch the puck after the second whistle. Failure to do so will be considered an offence !
If the winner of the match is not determined in regulation time in the group games, each team shall take one penalty shot. If no winner can be found in regulation time in the games for a place, three minutes of extra time shall be played. If after extra time the winner is not found, the teams take three shootouts each. The execution of shootouts takes place after the draw. The team that wins the draw shall choose who will start the shootout.
A win at the end of regulation time brings 3 points to the standings, a win after a shootout brings 2 points, a loss after a shootout brings 1 point, a loss after regulation time brings 0 points.
If after the end of the group stage the teams have the same number of points, the winner is determined: 1) The winner in a head-to-head match. 2) The highest number of wins. 3) The difference of goals scored and conceded +/- . 4) The highest number of goals scored. 5) The least number of goals conceded. 6) Flip of a coin.
After a goal, a player of the team that conceded the goal takes the puck from the net and continues the game. At this time the players of the opposite team must move a little away from the net (at least 4 metres), where the goal was scored. As soon as a player has full possession of the puck, he is allowed to attack. The same actions are performed by the players when the goalie covers the puck. ADVICE: TAKE THE PUCK FROM THE NET OR FROM THE GOALIE AND STAND BEHIND YOUR NET.
If the puck goes over the court, the referee takes a throw-in.
If the puck touches the fence net and falls back onto the court, the referee does not stop play. The game continues.
It is possible to change the goalkeeper during the game to the fourth field player.
There is NO possibility for a team to take a TIME-OUT during the game.
Breaking the rules.
If the rules are broken, the referee raises his hand and shouts the name of the team that will play on the powerplay in the next shift. That means, the next shift (1 minute) is played in a 4 against 3 format. Regardless the powerplay has been realized or not, the fourth player plays the entire shift ( 1 minute).
If the fourth player is have to play the next shift, he must touch the fence near his team (marked on the ice) with his stick after the signal for the shift. That means, the player may not start the game from the place where play stopped.
If the violation was committed by a player who went one-on-one with the goalkeeper, the referee has the right to call a shootout.
If the violation was committed in the last shift of the game, from 20.00 to 21.00 minutes, then after the final whistle, the referee awards a penalty shots for each violation of the rules in the last shift. The penalty shot is taken by the player who was the target of the violation.
If the game is delayed during the game time or during the last shifts of games, the referee has the right to add playing time after the end of the game. Intentionally delaying the game will be considered a violation of the rules.
If the fans of one team behave inappropriately, the referee has the right to award a shootout in favour of the opposing team.
The referee has the right to disqualify a player until the end of the game or the end of the tournament. Disqualification can be given for rough play, for disrespectful behaviour towards opposing players or the referee. A penalty of three shootouts is imposed for disqualification.
